PAYMENTS
Cloud-9 accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa. All reserved services need to be booked with a credit card and will be charged upon booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be done via phone or email 24hrs before the scheduled session to retain your credit. Our weekends are very busy. Failure to cancel will cost you the service credit (unless under certain circumstances) but we will give you 50% off on the next booking. These rules are in place to minimize no-shows and allow those who truly need an appointment to book..
REFUNDS
We do not currently offer refunds. However credits stay on your account to book at a later date or you can gift credits to family or friends.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not required or expected
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Monthly memberships are charged on a monthly recurring basis. Your membership fees are due on and then due on or after the same day of each month until your membership expires or is terminated in accordance with this agreement.
Membership fees will automatically be drafted from your account or charged to your credit card. All cancellations require e-mail or telephone notice and are effective 30 days after the date received.
Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled. Membership is not transferable. Member pricing is not transferable. Member pricing is not good with any other promotional offer and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
